Review of Loch Ness LodgeMy recent stay at Loch Ness Lodge was a delightful experience, combining comfort and character in the heart of Drumnadrochit. Upon arrival, the warm welcome from Nora, the manager, set the tone for a pleasant visit. The hotel reflects the charm of a vintage B&B, with a hint of nostalgia adorned in Stuart tartan. The accommodation was spacious and peaceful, offering excellent shower facilities. I particularly appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The full Scottish breakfast was hearty and kept us satisfied until evening, a nod to the value of this establishment. Dining at the Pibroch restaurant was a highlight; the menu featured fresh seafood, including truly delightful haddock and salmon. Zhenya's attentive service contributed to the overall dining experience. While the presence of free Wi-Fi is limited to public areas, the exceptional service and welcoming ambience outweighed this minor drawback. For anyone venturing into the Loch Ness area, Loch Ness Lodge offers not just comfort, but also the promise of genuine Scottish hospitality at a reasonable price.
